Experience Required: 36 years (F&B Management / Restaurant / Lounge / Bar Operations)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to lead the operations of our upcoming Pyramid Caf Lounge & Bar in Amritsar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest experience, smooth daily operations, team management, cost control, and maintaining brand quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations of caf, lounge & bar.
  • Ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards as per company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for timely service.
  • 2. Guest Experience
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • 3. Staff Management
  • Supervise, train, and motivate service staff, bartenders, and stewards.
  • Prepare staff duty rosters and manage shift schedules.
  • Conduct regular trainings on service standards, hospitality etiquette, and product knowledge.
  • 4. Inventory & Cost Control
  • Monitor inventory for food, beverages, bar stock, and consumables.
  • Reduce wastage and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Work with suppliers for procurement and negotiate pricing.
  • 5. Sales & Revenue Management
  • Drive sales through promotions, upselling, and special events.
  • Analyze daily/weekly sales reports and take corrective actions.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly revenue targets.
  • 6. Compliance & Standards
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, liquor laws, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain Pyramid brand standards across all operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
  • 36 years of F&B management experience in a premium bar, lounge, restaurant, or club.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Knowledge of bar operations, menu planning, and cost control.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure environments and peak-time rush.
