Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Food and Beverage Manager, located in Bengaluru with hybrid work options available. The responsibilities include overseeing daily food service operations, managing customer service, training staff, and handling budgeting. The manager will ensure that the highest standards of food and beverage quality and customer satisfaction are maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to train and mentor staff effectively
• Proficiency in food and beverage understanding and the operations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• We are loking for an experienced Food and Beverages Manager to support our operations at hotels for buffet setup, foodcourt, cafes. The eprson shoudl be willing to travel on site to client locations across bangalore. Disciplined, Good communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
