Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Food and Beverage Manager. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including managing food and beverage services, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining quality and hygiene standards. Responsibilities include supervising team members, organizing staff training, managing budgets, and optimizing processes to achieve business goals. Qualifications
- Proficient in food service management and food & beverage operations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to enhance guest satisfaction
- Experience in training and motivating team members
- Proficiency in budgeting and cost management
- Leadership and organizational skills to manage a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a food and beverage managerial role is a plus
