Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on F&B Manager to build and manage restaurant operations from scratch. The ideal candidate will ensure top-tier food quality, guest satisfaction, online sales growth, and smooth coordination of corporate and entertainment events.
Key Responsibilities
1. Setup & Operations
- Establish F&B operations from the ground up including vendor tie-ups, staff recruitment, and system implementation.
- Develop and enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all service and kitchen functions.
2. Food Quality & Service
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Coordinate closely with chefs and service teams to ensure taste and consistency.
- Regularly review guest feedback and take prompt action for service improvement.
3. Legal Compliance, Safety & Quality Standards
- Maintain all legal regularities related to restaurant operations, food licenses, and staff compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to FSSAI norms, food safety protocols, and health & hygiene regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for kitchen and service teams.
- Oversee proper waste management, fire safety, and cleanliness standards.
4. Sales & Marketing
- Drive online food sales through Swiggy, Zomato, and other delivery platforms.
- Plan and execute corporate events, private parties, and entertainment nights.
- Work with marketing teams to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
5. Financial & Administrative
- Prepare budgets, manage daily sales tracking, and control operational costs.
- Handle vendor payments, purchase orders, and inventory management.
6. Team Management
- Hire, train, and supervise the restaurant and service teams.
- Foster a positive work culture focused on guest satisfaction and teamwork.
7. Guest Experience & Entertainment Coordination
- Coordinate live music nights and entertainment events, ensuring a vibrant and seamless experience for guests.
- Address guest concerns promptly and ensure repeat business through excellent service.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience as an F&B / Restaurant Manager in a reputed hospitality setup.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food quality control, and safety regulations.
- Proven track record of managing both online food platforms and on-site restaurant operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Experience in handling corporate events and live entertainment setups.
