Role Description
Seeking a Hospitality Cluster Manager who would oversee multiple sites in Maharashtra, ensuring smooth operations for guest houses, bungalows in locations like Khandala and Alibaug as well as corporate offices based in Mumbai.
- Operations Oversight: Manage and ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of all hospitality sites within Maharashtra. This involves overseeing guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and other operational aspects to maintain high-quality standards.
- Recruitment and Training:Take charge of the recruitment process for various positions with realation to F&B across sites, including stewards, caretakers, cooks and other necessary roles. Develop training programs and ensure that the staff are well-equipped to deliver excellent service.
- Financial Management: Supervise petty cash handling, manage budgets for each site, and ensure expenses are within allocated limits. Conduct regular audits to maintain financial integrity.
- Quality Control and Guest Satisfaction: Implement and maintain quality control standards across all sites. Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback mechanisms and take necessary actions to address any issues or concerns.
- Team Management:Lead and manage a team across different sites. Provide guidance, support, and regular performance evaluations to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all sites comply with legal, safety, and health regulations. Stay updated with relevant laws and industry standards.
- Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear communication channels with site managers and stakeholders. Generate regular reports on site performance, financials, and any operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Food service and Food & Beverage management skills in Hotel
- Experience in customer service and training
- Budgeting and financial management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field
- Experience in a 5-star hotel or high-volume food service environment is a must
Salary salary will be INR 50,000 plus travel, pf, bonus, etc
