This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Food and Beverage Faculty member. The primary responsibilities include delivering high-quality instruction in food and beverage subjects, preparing course materials, and managing practical classes. The role requires staying updated with current trends in the industry to ensure students are equipped with contemporary knowledge. Faculty members will also mentor students, provide feedback, and participate in curriculum development to enhance the quality of education.

• Expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Strong Customer Service skills to effectively interact with students and staff
• Proficiency in Culinary Skills, including food preparation and kitchen operations
• Excellent Communication skills for classroom teaching and student engagement
• Proven ability to mentor students and develop their professional capabilities
• Relevant academic qualifications in hospitality or related fields
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
