What You'll Do:
- Supervise daily caf and retail operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination
- Lead and motivate the service team to deliver warm, guest-focused hospitality
- Work with the kitchen team to execute seasonal and specialty menus
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years experience in F&B operations, preferably in premium restaurant setups
- Strong knowledge of service standards, food safety, and hygiene protocols
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for clean, quality ingredients and guest experience
