About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Food & Beverage Executive to manage day-to-day restaurant, banquet, and room service operations at our property in Igatpuri. You will lead the service team, maintain high hospitality standards, and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and banquet operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, brief, and train service staff on SOPs, grooming, and menu knowledge.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback promptly.
• Monitor outlet inventory, track daily consumption, and control wastage.
• Maintain strict standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.
• Coordinate with the culinary team for seamless daily service and event execution.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality.
• 2–4 years of experience in F&B service operations (resort or hotel experience preferred).
• Strong team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (knowledge of Marathi is a plus).
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
