Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Captain at Mantoo Group of Hotels, located in Srinagar North. The Food and Beverage Captain will oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensure high service standards, and manage staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Key responsibilities include maintaining quality control, monitoring customer satisfaction, coordinating with the kitchen team, and training team members to uphold service excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with experience in staff management and team leadership
- Proficiency in maintaining and implementing Service Standards to ensure a high-quality experience
- Experience in Food Service including knowledge of menu items and proper serving techniques
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with patrons and resolve issues
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to mentor and train team members effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
