Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Food and Beverage Captain. The Food and Beverage Captain will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the food and beverage staff. This includes ensuring adherence to service standards, managing food service operations, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves effective communication with team members and dealing with guest queries and complaints professionally.
