Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role located in Delhi, India for a Food And Beverage Captain. The Food and Beverage Captain will oversee daily operations of the dining area, ensure adherence to service standards, and supervise staff to provide outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include coordinating food service, maintaining quality standards, ensuring smooth operations during shifts, and providing excellent customer service while leading the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. The role will also require handling guest inquiries and resolving any service issues promptly and professionally.
