Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong focus on guest experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times
Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly
Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables, service areas, and equipment
Assist in menu recommendations and answer guest queries confidently
Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per company guidelines
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
Handle billing and payments accurately
Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
Requirements:
Prior experience in food & beverage service (preferred but not mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal
l skills
Ability to work in a team and under pressure
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
