Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Associate, located in Diu. The role includes delivering exceptional customer service, managing food and beverage orders, and ensuring a superior dining experience for guests. Responsibilities also extend to assisting in maintaining cleanliness, adhering to food safety standards, and collaborating with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations. The associate will play a critical role in enhancing the overall satisfaction of guests.
Qualifications
- Competence in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills
- Basic Culinary Skills to support food preparation when necessary
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is an advantage
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
