Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore & Mumbai for a Food and Beverage Associate. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer inquiries. Additional responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of the dining area, assisting with food preparation, and working collaboratively with team members to maintain service quality. The role is suited for individuals passionate about hospitality and committed to enhancing the dining experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Service and strong knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
• Basic Culinary Skills and an interest in Japanese cuisine
• Teamwork, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn
• Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality roles is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional culinary or hospitality certifications are advantageous
