Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Assistant/Captain located in Gurugram. The Food and Beverage Assistant/Captain will be responsible for overseeing food preparation and service, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing food and beverage operations, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. The role involves coordinating with kitchen staff, taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any customer needs or complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Experience in Food Preparation and Food Service
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong Food & Beverage knowledge
- Effective Communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Relevant certifications in food safety and hygiene are beneficial
