F&B Pricing and Contracts
Location: Gurugram
Job Purpose
- Monitor and execute operational tasks for procurement requirements from the F&B service provider
- Manage with assigned F&B service provider accounts for daily operations.
- Establish strong inter departmental relationship with Procurement & Supply Chain (P&SC) and provides time bound execution of tenders.
- Assist Sr. Manager to define F&B specifications like menu grids, meal ratios & service requirements to enable P&SC to offer best in class procurement to F&B services.
Role Requirements
- 3-year diploma in Hotel Management/ Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Statistics/Commerce, Operations Management, or any related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a financial analyst with F&B background in aviation, hotels involved in Contractual negotiations.
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and dashboards is required.
- Sound working knowledge of business intelligence, software and dashboards is required
- Knowledge of culinary operations and commercials
- Equipped with various analytical skills
