Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Fondant Artist. The Fondant Artist will be responsible for designing and creating intricate fondant decorations for cakes and desserts that align with client specifications. Daily tasks include collaborating with the bakery team, maintaining high standards of creativity and detail in designs, ensuring food safety protocols, and managing timely delivery of decorated items. Customer satisfaction through high-quality, visually appealing creations is a key focus of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in fondant techniques such as sculpting, modeling, and detailing.
- Strong creative design skills and an eye for detail in producing aesthetically pleasing results.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling standards in a professional kitchen setting.
