Your Role:

Follow up with team members on tasks & deadlines

Maintain trackers and share updates with management

Coordinate smoothly across departments

Be persistent yet professional in communication

What We're Looking For:

• 12 years of experience in coordination/operations/follow-up roles
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel
• A proactive and reliable team player
