Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Fog Computing Expert. The Fog Computing Expert will be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing fog computing architectures. Day-to-day tasks include researching innovative methodologies, implementing edge and fog computing technologies, analyzing system performance, and leading initiatives to enhance real-time data processing and IoT integration. The role also involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to address emerging challenges in cloud and edge computing domains.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Fog Computing, Cloud Computing, and Edge Computing architectures
- Experience with IoT technologies, real-time data processing, and distributed systems
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with system design and deployment, as well as network protocols
- Research capabilities to explore innovative methodologies and emerging trends
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in academia or prior teaching experience is an advantage
