Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on technical support and development for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and D365 Finance & Operations in both cloud and on-premises environments
  • Manage installation, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of SQL Server databases supporting AX and D365 FO
  • Support application upgrades, patches, and environment maintenance activities
  • Work with Azure DevOps for source control, build and release pipelines, and work item tracking
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues
  • Ensure adherence to system security, backup, and recovery best practices
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Experience working with both cloud-based and on-premises D365 FO environments
  • Strong experience with SQL Server installation, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps for CI/CD, version control, and release management
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
