Role Description

The FnB Steward role is a full-time, on-site position located at Munroe Island in Kollam. The steward will be responsible for ensuring exceptional food and beverage service to guests, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, taking customer orders, and coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure timely service. The role also involves assisting with food setup, handling guest requests efficiently, and upholding the high standards of Lake n River Resort.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills for engaging with guests and addressing their needs
• Knowledge in Food & Beverage and Food Service to deliver exceptional dining experiences
• Training skills for onboarding and guiding junior team members
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities to handle challenges effectively
• Experience in hospitality or food and beverage roles is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Having a polite and professional demeanor with a focus on delivering high-quality service
