Role: FMS Software engineers

Location: Bangalore

Experience Range: 5 -10 Years.

Required skillset: FMS,DO-178B / DO-178C,C / C++ programming,DevOps / CI-CD

Must have:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in aerospace, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.

• 5+ years of experience in avionics software development.

• Mandatory experience in Flight Management System (FMS) software development. User Interface skills are recommended

• Strong knowledge of DO-178B/C and software design, development, integration, and verification.

• Experience working in a DevOps environment with CI/CD practices.

• Strong programming skills in C/C++, scripting languages, and embedded real-time software development.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and verify safety-critical FMS software.
• Work in a DevOps environment, contributing to CI/CD and continuous improvement.
• Own product quality and ensure compliance with DO-178B/C standards.
• Collaborate with Systems, Certification, and other cross-functional teams.
• Works on software design, coding, integration, and verification
• Drive software optimization, automation, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor team members and contribute to technical excellence.
