Role Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to join our team in Mumbai. This full-time, on-site role involves managing sales activities, building and nurturing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities in the FMCG sector. The role also includes conducting market analysis, reporting sales performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales and Negotiation skills, including the ability to close deals and meet targets
  • Knowledge of Market Trends, Competitor Analysis, and FMCG industry insights
  • Strong Communication and Relationship-Building abilities to interact with clients and team members effectively
  • Experience in Strategic Planning, Forecasting, and Sales Reporting
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical skills to identify opportunities and address challenges
  • Proficiency with CRM Software and Sales Management tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior FMCG sales experience is a strong advantage
