Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a professional in the Sales & Marketing domain within the FMCG industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and executing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, training team members, and overseeing sales operations. They will also analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate with other departments to align sales and marketing efforts effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and effectively oversee the sales team
  • Experience providing Training to develop and mentor team members
  • Ability to analyze market trends, devise innovative sales strategies, and execute marketing campaigns
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in the FMCG sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
