Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and driven FMCG Sales Manager to lead sales operations for our nutraceutical and organic product line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales with proven expertise in health, wellness, and organic markets, capable of building networks, expanding distribution, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for nutraceutical and organic product categories.
Build, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives, distributors, and retail partners.
Identify potential markets, healthcare retailers, pharmacies, wellness stores, and organic outlets for business expansion.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists, and key accounts.
Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to plan trade promotions, product launches, and branding campaigns.
Negotiate commercial terms, distribution margins, and agreements with partners.
Ensure regulatory compliance, product visibility, and availability in target markets.
Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge and selling techniques.
Prepare periodic sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
