About The Role

We are seeking a talented Flutter Engineer to join our dynamic development team at 5paisa. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative mobile and web applications that serve our vast user base. Your expertise will directly influence the creation of user-centric, high-performance fintech products that are scalable and reliable. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for UI/UX design, a strong command of Flutter and Dart, and a proactive approach to translating complex business requirements into intuitive frontend solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on category-creating fintech products in their early stages, contributing to disruptive innovations in the financial technology domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Flutter Engineer with a minimum of 2+ years in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile development methodologies to ensure efficient project execution.
• Experience in designing and implementing UI for both mobile and web applications.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Figma or Photoshop is preferred.

• Work on category-creating, potentially disruptive fintech products in their early stages, contributing to their architecture and feature development.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design, and incorporate them into your work.
• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior team members, and foster a collaborative team environment.
