Flutter Development Lead

Experience:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on frontend app development, preferably in the media or OTT domain.
• Proficiency in Flutter SDK and Dart for developing cross-platform applications (iOS, Android, Web).

Skills & Competencies:

Must Have:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on frontend app development, preferably in the media or OTT domain.
• Proficiency in Java, Flutter SDK, OTT Streaming and Dart for developing cross-platform applications (iOS, Android, Web).
• Demonstrated experience working on live and on-demand OTT streaming platforms.
• Strong understanding of video streaming protocols (HLS, MPEG-DASH, RTMP) and DRM technologies (Widevine, FairPlay, PlayReady).
• Hands-on experience with CDN integration, content delivery optimization, caching strategies, and edge computing.
• Solid expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and associated services like MediaConvert, CloudFront, S3, and Firebase.
• Proficient in building and consuming REST APIs and working within a microservices architecture.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and DevOps workflows.
