Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flutter Technical lead with 4-8 years of hands-on experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications. As a Flutter Developer, you willbe responsible fordesigning, developing, andmaintainingefficient and intuitive applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
Responsibilities:
- App Development:Design and implement mobile applications using the Flutter framework, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and excellent user experiences.
- Cross-Platform Development:Develop applications that run seamlessly on both Android and iOS platforms,maintainingconsistency in design and functionality.
- UI/UX Implementation:Translate design wireframes and prototypes into well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code, focusing on user interface and user experience best practices.
- Code Maintenance:Debug and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks, continuouslyoptimizingthe application for maximum efficiency.
- Collaboration:Collaborate with designers to ensureaccurateimplementation of UI/UX elements and collaborate with backend developers to integrate with server-side APIs.
- Version Control:Utilizeversion control tools like Git tomaintainand manage codebase efficiently, ensuring smooth collaboration within the development team.
- Code Reviews:Participatein code reviews, providing constructive feedback to colleagues andmaintainingcoding standards across the team.
- Documentation:Create andmaintaintechnical documentation, including architecture, design decisions, and usage instructions for other team members.
- Stay Updated:Stayup-to-datewith the latest Flutter developments, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
- Performance Optimization:Identifyand address performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure smooth and efficient application performance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
- Lead the design and development of scalable mobile applications using Flutter
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven 4-8 years of experience in mobile application development with a strong focus on Flutter.
- Portfolio of published applications on both Android and iOS platforms.
- Strong understanding of Dart programming language, Flutter framework, and mobile development architecture.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and ability to implement pixel-perfect designs.
- Proficiencyin version control systems, especially Git.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.
Preferred:
- Experience with other mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native) is a plus.
- Familiarity with backend development and API design.
- Contributions to open-source Flutter projects.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment processes.
