About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Flutter Developer to join our dynamic mobile development team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Flutter, Clean Architecture, and state management (BLoC/Cubit). You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, high-performance mobile applications integrated with cutting-edge wireless technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, cross-platform mobile apps for Android and iOS using Flutter.
• Apply Clean Architecture principles for scalable and testable codebases.
• Implement complex state management using BLoC/Cubit.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage networking efficiently using Dio or similar libraries.
• Manage device permissions (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Location) via Flutter plugins.
• Communicate with native platform APIs using Flutter channels when required.
• Write and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests using tools like Mockito.
• Collaborate with embedded engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers.
• Participate in code reviews and support best practices for mobile development.
• Stay current with advancements in Flutter and mobile-wireless technologies.
• Support the full app lifecycle, including deployment to Google Play and App Store.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of Clean Architecture and BLoC/Cubit.
• Familiarity with MVC design patterns where applicable.
• Experience in API integration and networking (Dio, HTTP, etc.).
• Hands-on experience managing mobile permissions and wireless capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter UI components, animations, and theming.
• Experience in automated testing (unit, widget, integration).
• Proficient in Git and version control workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience with WebSockets or real-time communication features.
• Familiarity with App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Bitrise).
• Native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development experience.
• Experience working with BLE, Wi-Fi Direct, or other wireless protocols.
• Performance tuning and optimization of mobile applications.
• Contributions to open-source Flutter or wireless-related projects.
