Role - Flutter Developer Intern (Immediate Joiner Preferred)

Location: On-site – NX One, Noida Extension

Note 1: This starts as an internship, but if you perform well, you'll be given a full-time offer within 3 months

• Someone who can own features end-to-end, in a small and fast-moving tech team
• Excited about solving the healthcare problem through tech
• Deeply passionate about mobile development
• Aware of modern developer tooling, including AI tools (like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium) for productivity
• Strong in clean code, architecture, and project structure
• Able to make thoughtful decisions around database design, UI design and code maintainability

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Flutter apps with clean, modular architecture
• Design, implement, and test complex UIs and app workflows
• Write clean, high-performance, maintainable code
• Make scalable database structure decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to turn product ideas into reality
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to boost speed and efficiency
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement efforts
• Ensure best practices around code quality, performance, and security

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Firebase
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Firestore structure, and real-time databases
• Experience or demonstrated understanding of Clean Architecture, folder/project structuring
• Awareness of and experience with AI-assisted developer tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
• Ability to take ownership, ship features fast, and iterate with feedback
• Good understanding of Git and GitHub workflows
• Bonus: A strong GitHub/portfolio link with contributions or personal projects
