We are seeking a Flutter Developer to join our growing team in Hyderabad for a full-time, hybrid role, with flexibility for remote work.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, collaborating closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver seamless, scalable, and performance-optimized applications from concept to production.

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and robust UI implementations, ensuring smooth animations and optimal loading experiences
• Own features end-to-end, from understanding the problem statement and user journey to final delivery
• Integrate backend services, RESTful APIs, and third-party APIs
• Implement AI-powered integrations within mobile applications
• Build real-time features using WebSockets and other real-time communication technologies
• Optimize application performance, ensure smooth loading, and maintain clean, efficient code
• Conduct debugging, testing, and maintenance to ensure scalability and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
• Stay up to date with the latest Flutter updates, tools, and best practices
• Demonstrate strong learning adaptability and ensure tasks are completed end-to-end with high ownership

• Strong foundation in Computer Science principles and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Proficiency in software development and programming concepts
• Experience with backend integration, APIs, and third-party services
• Hands-on experience with the Flutter framework and cross-platform application development
• Experience with real-time implementations (e.g., WebSockets) is a plus
• Exposure to AI integrations is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to quickly understand problem statements and user journeys
• Quick learner with high adaptability and a strong sense of ownership
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• MacBook or Mac Mini is required for iOS development, testing, and publishing applications to the Apple App Store
• Experience in developing and deploying Flutter applications is a plus
