Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer & Trainer for a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. The primary responsibilities include developing robust Flutter applications, maintaining and improving existing codebases, and delivering training sessions to junior developers. The role demands collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain highly interactive, scalable applications while ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 Years, Location: Rajkot Onsite
• Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including data structures and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Mobile App Development and Software Development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Expertise in Flutter framework and modern mobile application development practices.
• Excellent teaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide junior developers effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Prior experience in a training or mentoring role is a plus.
