Job Description

We are looking for a tech-savvy Flutter Developer who leverages modern AI tools and frameworks to build, scale, and deliver mobile applications faster. You will write clean Flutter/Dart code and heavily integrate AI workflows (RAG, LLMs, AI agents) into daily development.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain high-performance Flutter applications for Android & iOS.

Use AI coding agents and LLMs to accelerate coding, debugging, and feature development.

Implement AI features like RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Context/Token optimization, and Model APIs into mobile apps.

Stay updated on top AI models for Coding, Text, Image, Audio, and Video generation.

Required Technical Skills & AI Expertise

Core: Flutter, Dart, Android, iOS, REST APIs, State Management.

AI Knowledge: RAG Patterns, Token Limits & Context Window Optimization, Prompting Strategies.

AI Coding Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with tools like Claude Code, DeepSeek, Gemini, Antigravity, etc.

Model Awareness: Sound understanding of which AI model works best for specific tasks (Coding, Vision/Image, Video, Audio/Voice).

Requirements

Proven experience in Flutter app development with published apps or strong portfolio.

Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work efficiently using AI workflows.

Basic English: Ability to read addresses, technical documentation, and specs. Fluent Hindi communication required for team collaboration.
