Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kazakh, Uzbek, Turkmen, Kyrgyz, or Tajik Language Medical Tourism Specialist located in Gurugram. In this role, you will manage communication with patients and healthcare providers in the relevant languages, assist with medical documentation, and provide language translation support. You will help organize travel logistics, coordinate with teams for treatment schedules, and ensure seamless patient experiences. Additionally, you may collaborate on building tailored medical tourism plans and ensure clients receive efficient and compassionate service.

Job Responsibilities:

The International Patient Medical Counsellor will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Proficiency in at least one language Kazakh, Uzbek, Turkmen, Kyrgyz, or Tajik, along with English communication skills
• Connect with international patient leads.
• Understand the patient's medical condition.
• Provide the best possible treatment plan from hospitals to meet the patient's requirements.
• Assess the patient's financial situation and develop a treatment plan that fits within their budget.
• Convince patients to undergo treatment through Fitsib.
• Coordinate with our hospital operation team to obtain Visa Invitation letters for patients.
• Assist in filling out visa applications for the patient and their attendant.
• Find hotels within the patient's budget.
• Pre-intimate the hospital and hotel regarding patient arrival based on flight tickets.
• Arrange transportation for patient pickup from the airport.
• Ensure the patient is admitted to the hospital and that treatment proceeds within the planned budget.
• Maintain timely updates of every lead and communication in the CRM (Zoho).
• Achieve monthly targets for lead follow-ups and conversions.

Education Qualification:

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Fluency in English and at least one Central Asian language (Kazakh, Uzbek, Turkmen, Kyrgyz, or Tajik) is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of computer is mandatory

• Network Building: A natural ability to network and establish strong business relationships with industry partners.
• Target-Driven: Comfortable with a performance-based culture and capable of meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization and with international partners.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to plan for both short-term wins and long-term partnerships.
