Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Field Sales Leader (FSL) role situated in Agra. The role involves managing and leading a team of insurance consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service to customers. Responsibilities include recruiting and training consultants, designing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and building strong client relationships. Additionally, the role involves providing guidance to consultants to promote Bajaj Life's diverse insurance products and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead sales teams, set and achieve goals, and build collaborative relationships with team members.
  • Communication and Interpersonal skills: Strong ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Organizational and Strategic Planning: Proficiency in planning, implementing, and monitoring sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to enhance sales and team management efficiency.
