Floor Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur for a Floor Supervisor. The Floor Supervisor will manage daily floor operations, oversee team performance, and ensure production targets are met. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, monitoring workflows, ensuring safety compliance, and facilitating the resolution of operational challenges. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency and productivity is also a key part of this role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee floor staff and resolve conflicts, ensuring a collaborative work environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in furniture production processes.
• Experience in supervising manufacturing or production operations, preferably in the furniture or related industries.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to oversee workflows, meet deadlines, and achieve production targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for clear coordination with team members and management.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, production plans, and safety protocols is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments and problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in supervisory roles.
