This is a full-time on-site role based in Lucknow for a Floor Manager. The Floor Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include supervising staff performance, managing floor activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and handling customer inquiries or concerns. The role also involves coordinating training for team members and maintaining high levels of operational efficiency.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive and seamless experience for clients.
• Proficient Communication abilities to address customer needs and lead a team effectively.
• Experience in Operations Management, including overseeing floor activities and improving workflow efficiency.
• Competence in Training and guiding team members to achieve performance goals and maintain service standards.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Relevant experience in retail or hospitality management is advantageous.
