Role Description

This is a full time, on site Floor Manager role at a Londe Jewellers showroom in Nagpur. The Floor Manager oversees daily showroom operations, leads and motivates sales staff, and maintains a high standard of customer service in a welcoming and organized environment. Key responsibilities include monitoring floor activity, addressing customer queries, handling escalations, coordinating staff schedules, conducting daily briefings, and supporting the team to meet sales targets while upholding store standards.

Requirements

Three or more years in retail floor or showroom management, jewellery or premium retail preferred. Strong leadership and team handling ability. Excellent customer service and communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English. Comfort with billing, inventory, and daily reporting. Graduate preferred.
