Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily floor operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries or complaints effectively.
Train, motivate, and monitor floor staff to maintain performance standards.
Oversee inventory management and ensure product availability.
Implement and monitor sales and promotional strategies to achieve business targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
