Job Description:
* Oversee day-to-day showroom operations including sales, inventory, staff, and infrastructure
* Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations when required
* Monitor sales performance, customer service standards, and staff productivity
* Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations
* Manage store layout, signage, and visual merchandising to enhance sales
* Supervise floor staff, section heads, and coordinators; conduct daily briefings
* Review employee performance, grooming, attendance, and leave approvals
* Coordinate manpower planning and staff requirements with HR
* Monitor item movement, stock flow, and inventory control
* Maintain showroom facilities, equipment, and overall ambiance
* Implement service improvement initiatives based on customer feedback
* Prepare and submit daily reports to management
* Attend corporate and review meetings as required
