Floor Manager

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee daily floor operations in a jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth customer handling, effective team coordination, and excellent sales support while maintaining high standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day floor operations in the showroom
• Supervise and coordinate sales executives and floor staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively
• Support sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets
• Monitor customer flow and manage queue handling efficiently
• Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising standards
• Oversee billing support and ensure smooth POS operations
• Maintain discipline, grooming, and productivity of floor staff
• Assist in stock handling and inventory coordination
• Prepare daily sales and floor performance reports
• Ensure smooth coordination between customers and sales team
