Floor Manager

This is a full-time, on-site Floor Manager role based in Delhi, India. The Floor Manager will oversee daily operations of the trading floor, ensuring team efficiency and smooth working processes. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer queries, coordinating with the team, supervising operations, and conducting training sessions for staff to maintain high service standards.

• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction, demonstrate strong Customer Service skills, and manage effective Communication with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Operations Management and ensuring efficient execution of processes on the trading floor.
• Experience in Team Training and fostering the professional growth of staff members.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in managing trading floor operations or customer-oriented roles is advantageous.
