Floor Operations Management:
- Supervise daily activities on the shop floor to ensure smooth operations, optimal staff productivity, and excellent customer service.
Team Supervision:
- Lead and motivate floor staff, manage schedules, and conduct performance reviews to maintain high service standards.
Inventory & Stock Management:
- Monitor stock levels on the floor, coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment, and ensure proper display of products.
Customer Service:
- Handle escalated customer queries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Sales Monitoring:
- Track daily sales performance, support sales initiatives, and help achieve monthly targets.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure the floor complies with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Reporting:
- Maintain records related to floor operations, staff attendance, and sales data. Prepare reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in retail or floor management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams and multitask efficiently.
