Role Description The Floor In Charge – Production (Cosmetic Industry) will oversee day-to-day production activities on the manufacturing floor to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves supervising production staff, assigning tasks, monitoring workflows, and ensuring adherence to production schedules. The position is responsible for enforcing GMP, hygiene, and safety standards, coordinating with quality control and R&D teams, and resolving operational issues in real time. The Floor In Charge will track material usage, support inventory control, maintain production documentation, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste. The role also includes training team members, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong production management and floor supervision skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and workflow monitoring.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of cosmetic manufacturing processes, GMP practices, hygiene standards, and safety procedures relevant to personal care products.
• Candidates should possess skills in documentation, record-keeping, and basic data analysis to track production metrics, material consumption, and process performance.
• Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills to coordinate effectively with R&D, quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving and decision-making skills to address production issues, equipment downtime, and process deviations promptly.
• Diploma or degree in Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in cosmetic, personal care, or FMCG manufacturing in a floor in charge or supervisory role is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage shift-based operations as required, and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
