Job Summary
The Floor Engineer is responsible for supervising steel fabrication and erection work at site, ensuring proper installation of heavy steel structures such as
steel bridges, gantries, and PEB sheds as per project drawings and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise fabrication and erection of heavy steel structures at site.
- Ensure proper installation of steel bridges, gantries, and PEB sheds as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with design, fabrication, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, and material usage.
- Ensure quality control and safety compliance during erection work.
- Report daily site progress to management.
Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in
steel fabrication and erection of heavy structures.
Local Candidates preferred from North Bengal
