Position Title: Floor Assembly Technician
Department: Valves (Converters)
Purpose:
We are seeking to hire a talented professional for the position of Technician. The Technician will be responsible for the assembly, testing, and maintenance of converters, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Production:
- Assemble and test converters.
- Execute production tasks as per the planning schedule.
- Assist in production planning and coordination.
- Plan for consumables and send procurement requests to the SCM team.
- Arrange and store tools at the production location.
- Handle customer FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and related documentation.
- Share production data with respective departments (e.g., KPI data, manufacturing data).
- Maintain spare parts and consumable material inventory.
Calibration of Tools/Equipment:
- Calibrate measuring tools, equipment, and torque wrenches.
- Store related calibration documents on the server.
EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety):
- Maintain EHS standards during production.
- Review and update HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) through team discussions.
- Address and close observation points from valves department audits.
- Conduct monthly safety rounds and documentation.
- Update consent boards and ensure EHS compliance.
QMS (Quality Management System):
- Maintain product quality throughout the production process.
- Participate in internal audits as requested by the QMS team.
- Coordinate and document new quality processes.
Customer Support:
- Visit project sites if required.
- Support site-related issues of valve products.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics.
