Job Context:The plant in Nagda is more than 50 years old. The plant has a mix of vintage and latest machinery which makes it difficult to manage the plant. New plants with superior technology are coming up in the market which pose a major challenge for the growth of the plant. Thus, there is need to improve technology & satisfy the customers with products at competitive price consistently. For instrumentation, earlier plant was pneumatically controlled and gradually upgraded to single loop digital controllers and further moving with latest technology plant is not controlled by DCS and all the Energy centres are on common platform. FLO MHCP Inst: Planning, Monitoring & Execution of Routine, Preventive, Breakdown, Overhauling, Developmental & Project activities of Instrumentation so as to ensure Steam & Power Supply to SFD & Chemical Division to optimize and achieve their production within targeted cost and quality parameters. |
