Job Description

Location: Gurgaon, India

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month

Experience: 3-7 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in Footwear, Fashion, Apparel, D2C, Lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, including Flipkart, Myntra, and Nykaa.
  • Develop account strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and support for key accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients to maximize profitability.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and sales forecasts to senior management.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-7 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in the Footwear, Fashion, Apparel, D2C, Lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven experience managing relationships with major e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
