URGENT HIRING: FLIGHT COORDINATOR (HELICOPTERS) FOR QATAR

Are you an experienced Flight Coordinator with a background in the Oil & Gas industry

We are looking for top-tier talent to join a major project with Qatar Energy!

This is a high-impact role requiring precision, Gulf experience, and expertise in helicopter programming.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Daily Rate: 800 1,500 QAR per day (Based on assessment).

Schedule: 5 days ON / 2 days OFF (12-hour shifts; Day/Night).

Vacation: 22 days paid leave after 11 months of service.

All-Inclusive Rate: Salary covers food, accommodation, transport, fuel, health card, and gratuity.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: Minimum 5 years of Gulf Experience is mandatory.

Industry: Must have specific experience in helicopter programming or similar operations within the Oil & Gas sector.

Flexibility: Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to changing project schedules.
