Flight Control Systems Engineer

Position: UAV Flight Dynamics Engineer

Experience: 2–7 years

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced UAV Flight Dynamics Engineer with strong expertise in flight control systems, autopilot development, control theory and autonomous UAV technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop aerodynamic models and flight control laws for UAV platforms.
• Design and implement autopilot systems, attitude control and trajectory control algorithms.
• Develop trajectory planning and navigation algorithms for autonomous UAV operations.
• Perform flight dynamics modelling, simulation and validation.
• Analyse UAV stability and control performance across different flight conditions.
• Integrate flight control algorithms, aerodynamic models and navigation systems into UAV platforms.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in UAV Flight Dynamics and Flight Control Systems.
• Hands-on experience in Autopilot Design and Development.
• Strong understanding of Control Theory, PID and Nonlinear Control.
• Knowledge of Guidance, Navigation and Control (GNC).
• Experience in Trajectory Planning and Navigation Algorithms.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink and/or Python.
• Knowledge of Aerodynamics, Stability and Aircraft Control.

Education: Master's / PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Control Systems or a related discipline.
